 Guided by faith and driven by experience, Sam Montes-Moore, a Division 1 athlete, is dedicated to empowering young athletes with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to excel in softball and beyond. Through hands-on lessons and her YouTube channel, she shares pitching IQ, drills, arm care, strength training, and more to grow the game and inspire the next generation. 

 BP Co. is rooted in strong faith and grounded in Proverbs 14:23. Softball is a powerful tool for growth and discipline, but it doesn't define who you are. True identity lies beyond the game. While competition and excellence matter, self-worth comes from knowing who you are off the field. Our mission is to help athletes grow in skill, confidence, and character

 - on and off the diamond. 

 With years of experience playing from a young age, to Division 1 softball and competing in the World Series, our coaching also focuses on the mental side of pitching. Understanding the mindset needed to succeed on the mound comes from firsthand experience, and we specialize in helping girls master the mental challenges of pitching alone and how it affects their overall game.
